Aladdin4D began it’s life on the Amiga platform. Today many seem to be concerned about how small that market is compared to others. Don't compare, don’t worry about Windows, Mac or BillyBob OS. The Amiga is different. The goal is to make great software and great hardware for our unique community. And healthy competition in our smaller market is great. There are many types of Amigas today, diversity is grand. Vampires, Amiga Forever Virtual Machines, WinUAE, FS-UAE, FPGA Arcade, Armiga. AmigaOS 4.x, MorphOS, AROS, X1000, X5000, Tabor, MiSTer, Re-Amiga 1200, ReAmiga 3000, Classic Amigas and any others we may have missed.
Hopefully everyone will focus on building the best hardware and software products for the future. And competition in the hardware/software space breeds innovation. This community is like a big family. Uncle Joe might be a royal pain during the holidays but we all have a common origin, The Los Gatos Amiga Team.
